JANGA Coin (JNG) is a fixed-supply digital utility token designed to connect JANGA products with the official JANGA app, games, QR-linked rewards, rankings, digital trading cards, NFTs, and events.
Users may earn JNG through eligible in-app rewards, QR-linked campaigns, and exchanges from in-app game coins. JNG may be used for eligible digital items, NFT-related services, events, and other functions made available within the JANGA ecosystem.
JNG is deployed on Polygon PoS, an EVM-compatible blockchain designed for fast and cost-efficient transactions.

Fixed-Supply and Immutable Token Design
The entire supply of 10,000,000,000 JNG was created once at deployment and transferred to the official project treasury.
The official JNG V2 token contract has:
- no owner or token administrator;
- no additional minting function;
- no token-level burn function;
- no pause function;
- no blacklist or confiscation function;
- no transfer tax or fee;
- no proxy or upgrade function.
GLS CO., Ltd. administers only the JNG held in its treasury and the separately operated app and exchange systems. It cannot change the V2 token rules or alter balances held by other wallets.
Distribution and No-Paid-Sale Policy
GLS CO., Ltd. currently conducts no ICO, presale, crowd sale, direct fiat sale, or other public paid sale of JNG.
Official new distribution is limited to:
- rewards in the official JANGA app;
- product- or QR-linked rewards;
- exchanges from in-app game coins to JNG; and
- separately announced eligible campaigns.
Exchange V3 distributes only pre-funded JNG inventory and cannot create additional JNG.
Trading may independently occur through a third-party decentralized exchange. Such trading does not constitute investment solicitation, a price guarantee, a conversion guarantee, or a buyback commitment by GLS CO., Ltd.
Supply Allocation Policy
The allocation below is a maximum policy allocation by purpose. It does not mean that every allocation has already been transferred to a separate wallet.

Team and employee incentives are subject in principle to a 12-month cliff followed by monthly vesting over 36 months. Unused allocations remain in the official treasury.
Liquidity Disclosure

Up to 10,000,000 JNG is reserved as the maximum allocation for DEX liquidity. This is not a commitment to deposit the full amount at once. Liquidity may be added in stages after considering the paired assets, legal review, market conditions, price impact, and security.
As of July 30, 2026, the official LP position is administered through the GLS project treasury and is not represented as locked by a third-party liquidity locker. If an LP lock is implemented, GLS will publish the percentage, duration, contract, and transaction.
GLS CO., Ltd. does not guarantee liquidity, listing, a minimum price, price support, sale at a desired price, or buyback.
V1 Prototype — Permanently Retired and Unsupported
The former JNG V1 contract was deployed on July 14, 2026 solely as a technical prototype.
- Former V1 contract:
0x9d52fdd70f8162c40cebd3babbf37722bd0895f5 - V1 was not distributed to general users.
- V1 was not offered through a public paid sale.
- The V1 token is paused on-chain and is no longer used by the official JANGA app.
- Official liquidity was removed from the former V1 QuickSwap pool.
- There is no V1-to-V2 migration, exchange, rescue, redemption, buyback, or future reactivation program.
The V1 contract code cannot be deleted from the blockchain. However, on July 30, 2026, the V1 token and the legacy Exchange V2 were paused, and ownership of both contracts was transferred to an immutable permanent-retirement controller. finalizeRetirement() was then executed.
The retirement controller has no arbitrary-call, token-management, upgrade, asset-recovery, ownership-transfer, or self-destruct functionality. Its final retirement status is [true, true, true, true, true], and the former owner can no longer unpause either contract.
V1 is permanently retired, deprecated, unsupported, and must not be used. The only official JNG is the V2 contract:

As of July 30, 2026, no formal independent smart-contract security audit by a third-party audit firm has been completed. Source verification, internal code review, compilation, and on-chain checks are not described as an independent audit.
Legal review and security testing do not eliminate smart-contract, wallet, network, server, phishing, regulatory, liquidity, price, or human-error risks.

固定供給・変更不能なトークン設計
固定総供給量10,000,000,000 JNGは、デプロイ時に一度だけ生成され、公式プロジェクトトレジャリーへ移転されました。
正式なJNG V2トークンコントラクトには、次の機能がありません。

株式会社GLSが管理できるのは、公式トレジャリーが保有するJNGと、トークンから分離されたアプリ・交換システムです。V2トークンの規則や、第三者ウォレットが保有する残高を変更することはできません。
配布・有料販売を行わない方針
株式会社GLSは現在、JNGのICO、プレセール、クラウドセール、法定通貨による直接販売その他の一般向け有料販売を行っていません。
公式な新規配布は、次の方法に限定します。
- JANGA公式アプリ内の報酬
- 商品またはQRに連動する報酬
- アプリ内ゲームコインからJNGへの交換

Exchange V3は、事前に補充されたJNGだけを配布し、JNGを追加発行することはできません。
第三者の分散型取引所では、利用者同士による取引が独立して行われる場合があります。このような取引は、株式会社GLSによる投資勧誘、価格保証、換金保証または買戻しの約束を意味しません。

流動性に関する開示
正式なQuickSwap v2 WPOL/JNGプールは次のとおりです。

DEX流動性用途として、最大10,000,000 JNGを配分上限とします。これは全量を一度に投入する約束ではありません。対となる資産、法務確認、市場状況、価格への影響およびセキュリティを確認しながら、段階的に流動性を追加する場合があります。
2026年7月30日現在、公式LP持分は株式会社GLSのプロジェクトトレジャリーで管理されており、第三者の流動性ロッカーによってロック済みとは表示しません。LPロックを実施した場合は、対象割合、期間、コントラクトおよびトランザクションを公開します。
株式会社GLSは、流動性、上場、最低価格、価格維持、希望価格での売却または買戻しを保証しません。
V1プロトタイプ―永久廃止・サポート終了
旧JNG V1コントラクトは、技術検証用のプロトタイプとして2026年7月14日に配置されました。
- 旧V1コントラクト：
0x9d52fdd70f8162c40cebd3babbf37722bd0895f5 - V1は一般ユーザーへ配布していません。
- V1の一般向け有料販売は行っていません。
- V1トークンはオンチェーンで停止され、JANGA公式アプリでは使用していません。
- 旧V1 QuickSwapプールから公式流動性を撤去済みです。
- V1からV2への移行、交換、救済、償還、買戻しおよび将来の再開は行いません。
V1のコントラクトコード自体はブロックチェーン上から削除できません。しかし2026年7月30日、V1トークンおよび旧Exchange V2を停止したうえで、両コントラクトの所有権を変更不能な永久廃止コントローラーへ移管し、finalizeRetirement()を実行しました。
永久廃止コントローラーには、任意呼び出し、トークン管理、アップグレード、資産回収、所有権の再移管、self-destruct機能はありません。最終状態は［true, true, true, true, true］であり、旧OwnerはV1および旧Exchangeの停止を解除できません。
V1は永久廃止・使用非推奨・サポート対象外であり、使用しないでください。正式なJNGは、次のV2コントラクトだけです。
